Jenn Grant: iTunes Video Of The Week, CMW, JunoFest, ECMA Performances

The new here/there/his/hers video for Jenn Grant’s song “Baby’s Been Away” from the Juno-nominated Honeymoon Punch is up as iTunes Video of the Week (Feb 28-Mar 5). Directed by Andrew Stretch, who also brought Halifax together in a winter street dance for “Getcha Good,” the new video captures the bitter and the sweet of missing someone and how to keep them close when they’re away. Jenn is confirmed for a CMW appearance at Toronto’s Mod Club on Thursday, March 22 with Young Rival and Mise En Scene (9pm). The show will be full band and will include new material from an album scheduled for release in Summer 2012.

As well, Jenn is part of a stellar lineup that will join a 32-piece Titanic 100 Orchestra at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium on April 10. The show commemorates the 100th anniversary of the disaster. Other artists include Meaghan Smith, Lennie Gallant, Bruce Guthro and more.
