Linkin Park’s “Living Things” Debut At #1

Warner Bros recording artist Linkin Park have exploded into the #1 position on the Canadian Soundscan Top Album chart with their new album LIVING THINGS. It was also the #1 album in Quebec, and debuted at #1 on the American Soundscan Top Album chart. The album is co-produced by Rick Rubin (Adele, Metallica) and Linkin Park vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Mike Shinoda, who co-produced Linkin Park’s last two albums. Rolling Stone magazine describes the album as “the bands most powerful since its megahit 2000 debut.”

In addition to this, the first single from the new album, “Burn It Down,” returned to #1 on the Canadian Modern Rock chart, and is available through iTunes. Previous Linkin Park singles have seen enormous success at Canadian radio, combining for over a quarter-million spins.
