Vancouver, BC ~ Paul Mercs Concerts is pleased to partner with The Media Club in support of the upcoming tour date for Tommy Castro & The Painkillers on Monday, August 20.

Blues and roots artist Tommy Castro & The Painkillers will be performing songs from Castro’s award-winning debut, Hard Believer. A recipient of four Blues Music Awards, including the coveted B.B. King Entertainer of the Year Award, and Band of the Year Award, Castro took home first place in the blues category of the 2012 International Songwriting Competition for his original composition.

With his newly formed band, The Painkillers, Tommy Castro returns to a more stripped-down lineup featuring original bassist Randy McDonald along with new members Byron Cage on drums and keyboardist James Pace.
